This deposit is required for new customers who have not done overnights here before making their first reservation. It guarantees a spot, subject to completion of the 2 hour evaluation. In the event your dog is not accepted by us after the evaluation, deposit will be refunded. Deposit may also be refunded with cancellation notice of more than 48 hours before midnight on day of reservation. Please do not make a deposit for Christmas or New Years as it is sold out and will be returned. Thank you.
